Roman was responsive, communicated very well, found the issue immediately and only had to wait for parts. Once he got them he actually swung by on a Sat and got me back up and running. Appreciated that! It didn’t take long at all to repair - but parts took a week.

Vadzim was wonderful! He was super knowledgeable in diagnosing our problem. Not pushy and very respectful.

Tom brought a new control board, which fixed our washer, and a new spring assembly, which fixed the door on our old dishwaher. He was punctual and worked quickly to make the repairs. While at the same time he was pleasant and friendly.

Really helped put my oven back together again when cleaning crew had taken it apart. Great working with this company!
